Poste


We are currently looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our resourcing team based in Luxembourg.

You will be responsible for reviewing applications in order to find a potential match between the right candidate and the requirements of our customer. Therefore you will be using and improving your selection & recruitment techniques, your networking capabilities in combination with our specialised resourcing tools.

You will work closely with Account Managers, Service Managers and candidates to successfully source IT requirements for both external clients and internal IT service delivery teams.

Our client offers you the ability to rapidly progress and be able to manage the full interview process stages from end to end. This internship represents a true human experience associating a family size environment and a dynamic spirit

Compensation during the internship: 1 000 € / month

Profil


Qualifications required:

Relevant education Human Resources or/and Psychology, knowledge of IT sector is a plus
You are following at least a Bachelor Degree


Experience and skills required

Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of web based recruitment techniques and advanced internet recruitment strategy including:
Internet searching techniques
Boolean searches & Boolean operators
Pre-screening & interviewing techniques
Good organisation skills
Fluent English, any other European languages is an asset


Auxiliary reqirements

User of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
User of relevant database technology and/or CRM tools


Core competencies

Demonstrable competency in resourcing, telephone skills, communication, organization, negotiation skills, teamwork and high work ethic, autonomy
